There are TWO ways to quote Group Health Insurance… The easy way is to ask a few basic questions about your business,  the age/gender of each employee, and do you know of any employee health conditions?  The result will be a prompt quote with great rates, but….  After you choose a plan every enrolling employee will have to complete and sign a health history questionnaire. 

Now with your employees (and dependents) health information, such as height/weight, medical conditions past current and probable future claims plus prescription information the insurance company will revise the quote. with a better picture of their risk. The revised quote may easily be double the initial “blind” quote.

By submitting health information first we will have a more accurate quote!  Different companies may rate the same conditions and demographics etc differently resulting in large differences between their quotes.
