Secure Care Dental Options

Secure has plans for groups of 2-4 employees,  5-24 and 25+. The employer may pay part of the premium (Employer sponsored), or the employees may pay all of the premium (voluntary). They offer three options...  

The Copay Plan      Emphasizes value with no annual maximum limitation or network waiting periods. This Plan is not a prepaid plan, but rather a scheduled PPO where members pay copays and providers are reimbursed fee-for-service.
The PPO Plan    Offers flexibility while providing low member coinsurance and competitive premiums. With The PPO Plan, members will enjoy significant savings by selecting from a network of providers or by opting for a non-network provider and still receiving rich benefits.
The Indemnity Plan   Provides freedom of choice in selecting dentists. Under this plan members may select any dentist. Within a family each person may choose their favorite dentist or the most convenient one.

Groups with 2-4 Employees     Schedule of co-payments Plan 120 for groups of 2-4 employees.
